I believe leadership is more than a position or title—it is a responsibility to steward influence well.
Throughout my career, I have been drawn to people who are navigating important transitions: leaders stepping into greater responsibility, professionals standing at a crossroads, teams seeking stronger alignment, and individuals who sense there is a more intentional path forward but are unsure how to find it.
For more than a decade, I have partnered with leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and purpose in how they lead and live.
My work is rooted in coaching—creating space for thoughtful reflection, meaningful insight, and purposeful action that helps people move from where they are to where they want to be.
Many of the people I work with are highly capable. They care deeply about their work, their people, and the impact they make. Yet they often find themselves wrestling with questions that leadership alone cannot answer:

My approach is grounded in the belief that leadership can be done differently—that influence is best stewarded through authenticity, service, courage, and character.
My work is informed by experience across both the public and private sectors, where I have led initiatives in leadership development, organizational development, team effectiveness, and professional growth. Whether I am coaching an individual leader, supporting a small business owner, facilitating a leadership workshop, or helping a team navigate challenges, I focus on creating meaningful growth that translates into real-world results.
MY CREDENTIALS
I am trained through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, hold certifications in organizational development, and am a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. These tools and frameworks inform my work, but they do not define it. The real work happens in thoughtful conversation, honest exploration, and the willingness to grow.
WHY "SOJOURNey"?
The name SOJOURNey reflects what I believe about leadership and life: neither is a destination. Both are ongoing journeys of learning, stewardship, growth, and becoming.
You do not need to become someone else to move forward.
You need to better understand what you have been given, clarify what matters most, and take your next step with intention.
